During the session, we discussed five great items we learned that can help improve your web presence.

• Talk about yourself - build trust with new users by posting lots of information about your programs plus bios of key staff.
• Social Media - promote your presence. If you have a presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc, make sure they're easily found on the website as well.
• Administrative Users. Take advantage of a great WebWriter® feature and allow multiple people to update content. Give different people responsibility for different areas.
• Assign ALT tags for all of your images. These are important for SEO purposes. For more details, see a post from the Demosphere Blog about ALT tags.
• Sponsorships - take advantage of reports via Google Analytics to retain current sponsors and solicit new ones. We also covered Google Analytics in a previous Maximize Demosphere session.
