November marked two great travel events in the Demosphere world. First, we visited the annual USL AGM in Tampa. We also traveled to Johannesburg, South Africa to attend our first ever SoccerEx. This international expo was held in South Africa for the first time in conjunction with the build up for World Cup in 2010.

    Also this month, a number of great new groups launched their new websites, including:

Butler Boys Soccer Camp: Run by Butler University Men’s Coach Kelly Findley, Butler Boys Soccer Camp offers day camps and college prep camps to youth in the greater Indianapolis area.

Nevada Elite FC: An all-girls club based in Northern Nevada, Nevada Elite FC is Demosphere’s first Nevada client. A small but growing organization, Nevada Elite hopes to compete well at the state and regional levels in the coming years.

Pali Blues Soccer Club: Entering its inaugural season in 2008, the Pali Blues are one of the newest members of USL’s W-League. An energized staff has high hopes for the 2008 season.

St. Louis Pirates Baseball Club: An elite club in the St. Louis area, the Pirates aim to help its players achieve baseball scholarships at top institutions.

Toms Rover Soccer Association: Offering programs for over 1,200 children in the Toms River, NJ area, TRSA teams consistently fair well in top NJ leagues each season.

Total Turf Experience: Opening in Fall, 2008, Total Turf Experience aims to combine multiple sport offerings inside a state-of-the-art dome. Stay tuned for more exciting developments as the facility moves closer to completion.

Universal Soccer Academy: Offering a number of top notch training programs in central NJ, Universal Soccer Academy boasts some top-level trainees including Women’s National Team player Carli Lloyd.

West Windsor Little League: Founded in 1956, West Windsor Little League offers TBall, Softball, and Baseball for children aged 5-13 in the West Windsor, NJ area. Many clinics are run throughout the offseason to compliment the yearly leagues.
