If your club or league is utilizing the Field Status box (which can be found on the homepage to let teams know when a field is closed) then this enhancement is for you.  When a field needs to be closed you can now do it within  your permit groups (if you set them up because you're using Demosphere for your tournament or league schedule).  All you need to do is login and access the Field Complex Administration page and click on the maintain field permits section.  Once there, click on any complex or field on the right side of the screen.  When you hover over the box it will say, Click to edit field closures for this permit group.  Click it and you can check off any fields within that permit group that are closed.  To save your changes click on the green check-mark on the right side of the screen.  Once it's saved  the Field Status box will update on the homepage with your changes.  If you do not have the Field Status box on your homepage and want this feature please email Support@demosphere.com.

Match Reports are now more user friendly.  If you know a game you want to look up, you can now search for it rather than clicking through the screens.  When you access the Match Reports screen, a Search MR by gamecode, can be found in the top right-hand corner of the screen.  Simply enter the game you want to find and press Go. When the game is found it will list MR(x). You can continue to search for games and they will be added to the screen.  Hover over the game and it will tell you which game it is.  Click on MR and the match report will load.  Click on X and the match report will be removed as an option from the screen.

It is important that all game # are unique when generating a schedule.  If more than one game shares a game # then all games will be pulled up when searched for within Match Reports.

Improvements have been made to the Referee Assigning system for both assignors and referees.

Assignor Improvements:
When an assignor logs into the system he/she can view more details on the game each referee is assigned.  Information includes:  game #, date, time, home team, away team, field, division, and role.  All game details now show which referees are working a game and the position of those refs.  Finally, rather than going into each game individually to assign games to referees, the ref assignor can adjust all referees assigned to all games (up to 50 games at a time) on the same screen.

To allow for less waiting when editing rosters within RosterPro, we have added some functionality. There are links across the top of the Players section of the team page which allow for editing certain items, eg. proof of birth and jersey numbers. Instead of waiting for the entire page to refresh with the edit options, when you now click on those links, the edit options show up immediately. That saves time for the club administrators when they need to do several teams in one sitting.

In addition, there is a new link across the top of the Players section of the team page labeld "Multi-Del/Drop." Note that you will only see this link if you have sufficient rights based on whether the state administrators allow club administrators to be able to remove players from their teams. When you click on this link, it changes the red "X" in the player row to a check box, so that you can select more than one player at a time to drop them or remove them completely from the team by clicking the save button at the bottom of the page.
