The month started in Downingtown, PA at the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer (EPYSA) Workshop. We had a great time meeting with potential new clients as well as valued clients such as West Chester United Soccer Club, Inter-County Soccer League and Lancaster County Soccer League among many others. The Workshop is a staple on our calendar every year and we look forward to next year's event.

Over the weekend, members of the Demosphere team traveled to Dallas to experience Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup XXXIV. After a successful multi-year run in Frisco at FC Dallas Stadium, the event moved into the city with key games being played at the historic Cotton Bowl.

Founded in 1980 by Texas Longhorns Soccer Club, the Dallas Cup is a competition for top-level boys teams in the U13 to U19 age-range and has the distinction of being the longest running international youth soccer tournament in the United States.

The latest US Club Soccer Registration Form is now integrated with Demosphere's RosterPro™ Registration System for customers in several states.

This feature provides convenience in auto-filling the official US Club Soccer form using information already collected in the organization's database about each registrant.

A youth sports summit in Alexandria, VA this week seeks to develop practices to address and prevent child abuse. The summit, organized by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, expects over 50 organizations from across the youth sports spectrum to attend, including Special Olympics, USA Swimming, and more.

The summit was organized to help prevent future situations along the lines of the Jerry Sandusky situation at Penn State. While not a new situation, the fact that it was a high profile situation helped draw attention to the important issue.
