Rescheduling Games
ASA & Civitan Club Policy:
- Coaches/Managers should notify the Club Manager at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled game.
- The Club Manager will contact the opponent's club manager & help coordinate communications between the teams. It is the responsibility of the coaches involved to nominate 2 alternative dates to play the game. The club manager will issue the reschedule request and notify the coach once the new game date has been announced.
- In some cases games may be postponed/rescheduled on shorter notice. Games cancelled within 72 hours of match day will result in either a forfeit or $75 rescheduling fee charged to the requesting team. Civitan Soccer Club will not pay rescheduling fees. Such fees are the responsibility of the individual team.
- If you must forfeit a game, Coaches/Mgrs should notify the Club Manager at least 72 hours before the scheduled game. This will allow ASA to reassign the referee to work another match.
