Maximize Demosphere!

Join us for the first monthly Maximize Demosphere webcast next week on Wednesday, April 15 at 1:00p EDT.  Each month, Demosphere will present a webcast aimed at maximizing a piece of Demosphere's services.

Demosphere-On-The-Go!

 In early March, several members of the Demosphere team traveled to California to attend the 2009 US Youth Soccer Adidas Workshop held at San Jose's McEnery Convention Center. It is always wonderful to meet clubs, leagues and states we work with in person! The comfortable West Coast setting lent itself to several fruitful meetings and product demonstrations, as well as casual meet-ups with an array of interesting soccer folks. We came away richer for the experience with great ideas and new groups to work with too. Below are some of the Demosphere customers who stopped by to say "Hi":
Two weeks later, Demosphere was off to the Midwest for a full day at the Illinois Youth Soccer Association's Soccer Expo where, for the fourth consecutive year, we manned a booth and spent the day talking to club and team parents and participants who were on hand for the many state meetings and fun family events including several festive activities hosted by the Chicago Fire.

| Tip of the Month - Move teams directly from AGC to Scheduling! |

Using the Online Registration (OLR) system and AGC program for kids to register and team creation? Now you can move those teams from the AGC program to the Scheduling system without having to create them manually.
First, setup the season in the Scheduling system and link it to the appropriate season in OLR. Next, create the appropriate divisions for your league schedule in the Scheduling system. Finally, link each division to the appropriate division in OLR and clone the teams over.
